Databeta Support

Remote help through the Databeta RustDesk server.

Before a support session

Only accept a session when you know who is helping you. Databeta support requires your approval unless unattended access has been explicitly agreed and configured.

1. Install RustDesk

Download RustDesk for your device from the official website.

2. Server settings

Open RustDesk settings and enter these values.

3. Start support

  • Open RustDesk.
  • Tell the support person your RustDesk ID.
  • Share the one-time password shown in RustDesk.
  • Approve the connection request on your device.

Safety rules

  • Do not approve sessions from unknown people.
  • Do not share passwords outside the support session.
  • Close RustDesk or disable unattended access when support is finished.
  • Databeta will never ask you to disable your normal device security.
